Working with Jim Yawn of Walt Disney World (WDW), BDA secured a renewal of original WDW long-term permits with the Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers (ACOE) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). BDA secured an unprecedented 20 year extension of the ACOE and FDEP permits as well as area-wide renewal of permits with the South Florida Water Management District, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
